We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, slight variations in color or design may occur. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

3.2 Product Limitations

Certain products have specific restrictions:

• Gaskets, Adhesives & Care Products: Due to hygiene and chemical safety considerations, these items are final sale unless defective upon arrival.
• Personalized/Custom Items: Products that have been customized, engraved, or specially ordered cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• Clearance Items: Products marked as final sale, clearance, or “as-is” cannot be returned.
• Safety Equipment: Items with opened packaging or broken seals cannot be returned for safety reasons.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products under these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping destination. You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country.

4.3 Payment Methods

Payment is processed at the time of order placement. Your card will be charged when your order is processed for shipment.

4.4 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance. Order acceptance occurs when we ship your products.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Areas

We ship globally from our Toronto headquarters, excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia. If you are located in an area we cannot ship to, you will be notified during checkout.

5.2 Processing and Delivery Times

• Order Processing: 1-2 business days
• Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Delivered within 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping Fee: $12.95 CAD.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 CAD, shipped via EMS. Delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control.

5.3 Shipping Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We stand behind every product we ship. Our return policy is designed with the same practical care we apply to selecting products for our GO BIG (Staff Picks) collection.

• Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your item
• Condition Required: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. No signs of wear, water exposure, or installation.
• Return Process: Initiate returns by emailing [email protected] within the return window. Include your order number and reason for return.

6.2 Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

6.3 Refunds

• Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of our warehouse approving the return.
• Bank Processing: After we issue the refund, it may take 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account.
• Payment Method: Refunds are issued only to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
• Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
